Building Managers

Phill Benson is The Statesman’s Building Manager. He lives and works onsite. The office is located on Level 1 in Apartment 102. 

Office hours are: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm. The office is closed on Saturday and Sunday.

Safety and Security

The building is compliant with Health & Safety at Work Act 2015. The inhouse security system includes CCTV and secure entry access to the doors and garage. Residents can only access the floor they live on. There are two sets of one way fire escape stairwells.
